But we heard some of you are interested in knowing the logistics and how our process works as a commercial cleaning service and we got you! Let’s take a sneak peek at Team Grime’s commercial cleaning process.
Scheduling
We’d argue that the most important aspect of a cleaning service –aside from the quality of service– is the scheduling. Planning schedules is like a fun but tedious puzzle to accomplish because you have to have so many things to account for.
Having lots of team members help. Luckily, for Team Grime, we have over 100 team members so we are able to all types of schedules whether day or night.
We already have teams on regular cleaning work for large businesses such as gyms, strata facilities, offices, industrial facilities, health centers, boats, and so much more. But we also accommodate one-time cleaning requests from clients. Keeping up with all of this will not be possible without scheduling.
Transportation
This is the second most important thing in a cleaning service because even if we have the best team in the world but we can’t get to a location, it will not be a great service.
Luckily, we have over 15 vehicles (and another one coming!) to transport our team to virtually anywhere in Australia! Having the capability to get to a location safely and on-time is definitely one of the benefits to having a huge fleet of vehicles.
Another extremely important aspect of transportation is the capability to haul things. We use large specialized equipment, we stock cleaning supplies, and we can even transport rubbish out of your place!
Having this flexibility, reliability, and utility with our fleet really makes it a very valuable asset in our process.
Cleaning
Then we get to the best part. We work with a large variety of clients, each with their unique cleaning needs so addressing those specific needs are very important to us.
What we also do aside from cleaning is to be very aware of our surroundings and taking notes of things that we notice, especially when it comes to property and security.
Because when we talk about cleaning, the first 2 things that come to mind are health and aesthetics.
However, one big part of cleaning is safety so we also make sure that the valuables we see gets accounted for, if there are potential safety risks on the property, and if there could be potential hazards to the people and pets on the premises.
Feedback
The last part of our process is analyzing feedback, whether it’s from fellow team members or client reviews.
We always want to improve our service so getting ideas from team members about cleaning strategies, new technologies, past experiences are always helpful and we always have a deliberation before we end our shift.
But the last thing we do is to read all the insights that have been given to us by clients. Reading through the reviews from text messages, emails, reviews on the website, and social media pages is the best way to end our day as most of them are your kind words of appreciation to our team.
And we also don’t discount critical reviews as that really determines how we can improve our service for you guys!
And that’s it. It’s the end of our shift. Tomorrow, we’re back to scheduling our tasks for next week. It’s now full circle!
